This week, WOW Design will be sponsoring local business man Paul Howland (C2-UK Communications) in his quest to complete the British Gas Great Salford Swim.

The race involves a one mile outdoor swim in Salford Quays. The ‘Dock to Dock’ lay-out, which starts in Dock 9 near The Lowry, continues to Mariners Canal and finishes in Dock 8 beside the Salford Watersports Centre.

Sponsorship collected from the event will go to the following charities; Macmillan Cancer Support, Christies, The Stroke Association, Mind, The Royal National Lifeboat Association and the Swimming Trust.
